I trained at Bath Academy of Art and Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I was scenic artist in residence for Glyndebourne Festival Opera and Glyndebourne Touring Opera until 2013. I have worked for many companies throughout the theatre, opera and dance world including The Royal National Theatre and English National Ballet.

I trained in acting at Drama Studio London after receiving an honours degree in Zoology. I also trained as a lighting designer. I have worked extensively as an actor, director, writer and designer. I started designing and building sets with Stephanie about 20 years ago.
